Home Care Branch Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager required for one of the largest domiciliary care providers in the UK.
Location: Based in Southwark, SE16
Salary: £44,339 + Benefits
The role of the Branch Manager is to manage the day-to-day activity and to grow a successful care team that individually delivers personal care services to their users.
In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed, correctly controlled, and documented.
You will also be responsible for compliance with quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
