Deputy Ward Sister / Charge Nurse - Nayland Ward
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Nayland ward for a Band 6 to join our dynamic, friendly team as a Deputy Ward Sister/ Charge Nurse.
Nayland ward is a short-stay acute medical ward with 29 beds. Patients are admitted and discharged within 3-5 days.

You will need to be a highly motivated individual who is keen to further develop and lead. Possessing excellent communication skills. You must be dynamic and enthusiastic to lead the clinical team and ensure best practice and high standards of care are maintained at all times. In turn we are keen to give you the opportunity to further develop your skills and practice, supporting you in your career development.
We are looking for forward-thinking, experienced individuals who are enthusiastic and keen to develop their leadership and management skills. The post will include internal rotation to nights, weekends and bank holidays.
