Forest Care Selection is currently working with a leading local charity delivering support to individuals with a Learning Disability of Mental Health need.
This established charity is seeking a Registered Manager for their Good-rated small specialist residential care setting in the North Dorset area.
The Registered Manager in North Dorset will:
- Oversee the running of an established Good-rated service.
- Ensure the services continue to comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work with the senior management team on a development plan for the service.
- Oversee an existing staff team and ensure they are effectively resourced, trained, and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of person-centred care.
The Registered Manager in North Dorset will need:
- Experience of holding registration for a Learning or Physical Disability service, developing these services, and driving improvements.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
