Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Stockport
Salary: £60,000 + £12,000 Bonus Package + Additional Incentives
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a spacious 6-bed children’s residential home in Stockport, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a therapeutic and child-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding standards
• Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills
• Passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
