At A Class Care Limited, we are a dedicated, family-run home care provider committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate support that empowers individuals to maintain their independence. We believe that everyone deserves to stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, surrounded by their own belongings, while receiving the professional care they require.
Who We Are
Founded by two female founders who sought a better alternative to traditional residential or nursing homes for their own parents, we have grown into a multi-branch, award-nominated agency serving communities across the East of England, including Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk. Our mission is to provide an individually tailored, "first-class" care solution that respects the dignity, privacy, and personal choices of every client we support.
What We Do
We offer a comprehensive range of care services designed to be as unique as the individuals we serve:
- Live-in Care: We provide dedicated carers who live in the client’s home for up to 24 hours a day, offering constant comfort, companionship, and support.
- Assisted Living: Our services range from short, 1-hour home visits for daily support to full-day "sitting" services, ensuring our clients receive exactly the help they need.
- Specialist Care: We have extensive experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, spinal injuries, and stroke recovery.
- Night Care: We provide flexible overnight support, typically operating from 10 PM to 7 AM, to ensure safety and assistance during the early hours.
- Respite Care: We offer rapid-response, short-term support for families facing unexpected illness or needing emergency care cover, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of routine.

Industry Role
We operate as a Domiciliary and Live-in Care Agency. Our role is to act as a primary alternative to residential institutionalisation, providing the essential community-based support that allows the elderly and vulnerable to continue living meaningful, independent lives in their own communities.
