At Acuity Care, we provide highly specialised, solution-based care for individuals with complex needs, including those with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health requirements. Who We Are

We are a leading UK provider of complex care. In early 2026, we unified our four specialist companies—Bespoke Health & Social Care, Team Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities & Autism, and Mental Health and Spinal Injury Support—into one brand: Acuity Care. Based in Nottingham, we support individuals nationwide by integrating our expertise into a single, cohesive model of care.

What We Do

We deliver bespoke, outcome-focused support designed around the individual’s unique goals:

• Complex Care Support: We provide intensive support for individuals with diverse and high-acuity needs, moving away from diagnostic categories to focus on personal, needs-led care.
• Specialist Rehabilitation: Our teams are trained to support individuals with brain and spinal injuries, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and autism, helping them navigate daily life with dignity and choice.
• Specialist Support Teams: We have introduced dedicated teams focused on addressing the thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours associated with complex needs, ensuring practical and flexible support.
• Property & Supported Living: We provide flexible property solutions, including single and multi-person supported living services, to facilitate a seamless transition into community life.
