We offer young People 24hr care, therapeutic care some of our homes a therapeutic opportunity to become therapeutic leads in our homes some of our staff who have been with us have gone on development paths to these roles and Price trainers in our homes.

The main objective for Clouds, Sunlight & Affinity is to grow and build on the last 7 years success we have had to reach more hard to reach communities here in the UK and abroad. We work closely with Inspire Care who have been donating with us on our projects. We have a great growth and our annual leave is 25 days plus bank holidays for leave for support staff.
We also have aways days, lots of charity events at head office with suggestions from young people and staff who arrange them.
We try to have an approach of bottom up not top down as a company we want to inspire an approach of open discussions to work collaborative no BS in our meetings honest open way of working but at a high professional manner.
