Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Staines-Upon-Thames for a Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain the quality of care being delivered. Responsibilities include managing and supervising care staff, conducting assessments for new clients, medication and competency trainings, preparing care plans, and implementing policies and procedures. The individual will also be tasked with building strong relationships with clients and their families, as well as ensuring business operations align with company goals.

Qualifications

Leadership and Management Skills: Experience in managing teams, including staff supervision, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.
Care Management Expertise: Skills in conducting client assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.
Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulations and standards in the healthcare or Supported Living Sector, with the ability to ensure full compliance.
Administrative and Organizational Skills: Competency in managing schedules, handling documentation, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members, with a client-focused approach.
Qualifications: A relevant Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 5) or equivalent, along with prior experience in a similar role.
Additional: A regustered nurse and familiarity with Supprted Living accross multiple site operations would be advantageous.
