At Bethphage, we operate as a registered charitable and specialist care provider dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs. Founded in 1994, our mission is built on enabling individuals to live independently within inclusive communities, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to choose the life they want to lead.

Who We Are

Headquartered in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and supporting communities throughout the West Midlands, our organisation brings together a dedicated team of over 350 trained care professionals and support workers. We maintain a "Good" rating across all Care Quality Commission (CQC) domains, partnering closely with local authorities, health commissioners, and families.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of residential, supported living, and community-based care solutions:

• Supported Living Services: Enabling adults to live in their own homes—either individually or in shared tenancies—with customised support packages ranging from a few hours a week to 24-hour round-the-clock care.
• Registered Care Homes: Providing secure, highly specialised residential care environments equipped to support individuals with profound physical and neurological complexities.
• Day Opportunities & Enterprise Projects: Offering interactive, socially inclusive educational and vocational activities—such as crafts, horticulture, and community farm projects like Blossom Barns.
• Specialist Assessment & Transition: Delivering tailored support plans focusing on positive behaviour support, mental health recovery, and independent living transitions.
