Home Care Assistant

Gender: Male or Female applicants.

Note: Due to the location, applicants must have a car.

Shift: 4 pm to 10 pm.

No Sponsorships available, only able to offer 20 hours per week as additional to the existing sponsor.

To be a domiciliary care worker, you need to have a genuine interest in helping people to maintain their quality of life and independence, regardless of the potential barriers they face.

Role

You must be patient, kind, and sympathetic to the difficulties that an individual faces.
Your role is to facilitate their independence as much as possible and encourage their well-being at the same time.
As a domiciliary care worker, you will have to administer medication.
No experience necessary as full training is provided.
CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered.
Opportunities to study for Diploma qualifications as you work.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English
Basic IT proficiency
Ability to follow care plans and provide home care support
Valid for transportation needs
Willingness to learn and adapt to new caregiving techniques
Compassionate and patient demeanor, suitable for assisting individuals in a home setting

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
