Who We Are

Headquartered in Theale, Reading, our organisation brings together experienced residential care workers, registered home managers, therapeutic specialists, and education coordinators. Fully regulated by Ofsted, we collaborate closely with local authorities, social services, and educational bodies to deliver comprehensive residential placements and specialist support services tailored to each young person.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of residential care and specialised youth support solutions:

• Specialised Residential Care: Providing warm, family-style residential homes for children and young people who cannot live with their birth families due to complex trauma or behavioural challenges.
• Education & Vocational Training: Operating dedicated educational resources and in-house AQA vocational training to enhance learning and development.
• Therapeutic Support & Assessments: Offering professional counselling, psychological input, and structured family assessments to aid recovery and healing.
• Supported Living & Transition: Preparing older teenagers and care-leavers for independent adulthood through life skills coaching and transition pathways.
• Crisis Intervention & Respite Care: Delivering short-term placements, emergency response care, and targeted stabilisation support.
