Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager located in High Wycombe.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of care services
Leading and motivating the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest quality of care.
You will also be responsible for staff training, managing budgets, and conducting risk assessments
Fostering positive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
Knowledge of care regulations, compliance standards, and safeguarding procedures within the healthcare or social care sectors.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Proficiency in communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with families, clients, and team members.
Experience in care service delivery and a passion for providing person-centered care.
Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
Experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly desirable.
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to upholding the dignity and independence of clients.
