Care Cymru Supports people to live independently in the community. We offer bespoke and individual services to ensure that your needs are met, and provide a flexible service that works with you to achieve your goals.
We currently support people in South East Wales and have specialist teams who are able to support with a variety of needs. We have specialist support teams to work with people with dementia and other complex conditions that affect the way you live your life. Each branch is registered with CIW and all and all managers to employees are registered with the Care Council for Wales.
