We are a leading provider of community healthcare services, primarily operating across Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, St Helens, and Wigan. What We Do

We deliver an extensive portfolio of community-based health and care services:

• Community Nursing & Therapy: We provide skilled clinical care, including district nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy, helping patients recover and manage long-term conditions in their own homes.
• Specialised Health Services: We manage services ranging from sexual health and substance misuse programmes to dental care and specialist palliative support.
• Children’s & Family Services: We deliver essential support including health visiting, school nursing, and paediatric speech and language therapy to ensure the best start in life.
• Urgent Care & Out-of-Hours: We operate urgent treatment centres and clinical support lines to provide timely care, reducing the strain on acute hospital settings.
• Integrated Care Coordination: We work to break down the barriers between health and social care, ensuring a seamless experience for patients navigating the system.
