The organisation was founded in 2022 (originally incorporated as Cityshapers & Associates Ltd before shortening its name) and has grown to operate multiple placement and workforce services in diverse urban and regional environments across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and the wider East Midlands.
The service combines structured support, independent life skills development, career and employability mentorship, and professional staffing provisions to support each individual’s holistic development.
