Community Hospice

We want everyone in our wonderfully diverse community to be able to approach death in the way that suits their values, beliefs and lifestyle.

Whether that’s through pain management, care at home, rehab support, pastoral services or end-of-life care at the hospice, we’re on hand to help anyone with a terminal illness, their loved ones and their carers with free support, care and advice at any time of day or night.
