Who We Are
Operating through an extensive network of specialised residential homes and move-in studio flats across West London (including Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Ealing, and Hillingdon), our organisation brings together experienced registered care managers, support practitioners, and an integrated in-house specialist team. Fully aligned with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and statutory health and social care frameworks (with dedicated CQC-registered provisions such as Foxglove), we collaborate closely with NHS mental health trusts, hospital discharge teams, and local authority commissioners.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated suite of specialist mental health supported living and recovery solutions:
- Specialised Mental Health Supported Living: Providing 18 residential settings and up to 114 beds across West London, ranging from 24-hour high-support environments to medium-support and independent move-on studio flats.
- In-House Specialist Clinical & Wellbeing Support: Delivering embedded, non-subcontracted clinical support featuring salaried psychologists, clinical nutritionists, and dedicated activities coordinators.
- Hospital Discharge & Step-Down Pathways: Facilitating rapid assessment (median 3 days) and structured transition pathways for individuals moving out of acute mental health wards and secure settings.
- Skill Development & Independent Living: Offering targeted life-skills training, occupational activities, budgeting support, and community integration to prepare individuals for independent tenancies.
