Elevated Futures Ltd. was founded by Liam Wharton and Michael Jeffs, experienced care professionals who began their careers as Residential Support Workers before progressing to become Registered Managers of Ofsted-regulated children's homes.
They recognised a gap in the sector for homes that go beyond basic compliance, focusing on relationships, recovery, and consistency. Elevated Futures was created to provide safe, therapeutic environments where young people can thrive.
