Expedius Care Ltd, a subsidiary of Expedius Properties Ltd, is a new and ambitious organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding children’s residential care.
Building on Expedius Properties’ strong national reputation for providing high-quality accommodation and support to care leavers, Expedius Care has been established to expand into the children’s homes sector, combining proven operational excellence with a fresh, forward-thinking approach to residential childcare.
We are now preparing to launch our first Ofsted-registered children’s home in Streatham, London Borough of Merton, supporting up to four children aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
With ambitious plans to grow nationally, our vision is to become a best-in-class provider of children’s homes — known for exceptional governance, therapeutic practice, and positive outcomes for young people.
