Who We Are
We are an NHS Foundation Trust formed in 2014, bringing together three major hospitals to provide integrated, patient-centred care. With over 14,000 employees, we work in partnership with local healthcare systems to ensure seamless patient pathways and maintain the highest standards of safety and care.
What We Do
We deliver comprehensive hospital and community-based services across several locations:
- Acute Hospital Services: We operate three main hospitals—Frimley Park (Camberley), Heatherwood (Ascot), and Wexham Park (Slough)—providing emergency care, surgery, and general hospital services.
- Community & Outpatient Services: We provide outpatient clinics and diagnostic services in Bracknell, Aldershot, Farnham, Fleet, Windsor, and Maidenhead, as well as community health services in North East Hampshire, Farnham, and Surrey Heath.
- Specialist Tertiary Services: We offer advanced specialist care, including heart attack treatment (PPCI), vascular surgery, stroke care, cystic fibrosis treatment, renal dialysis, and plastic surgery, serving a wider catchment area.
- Integrated Care: We are a key partner in the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System, working to ensure joined-up health and social care for our population.
