What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of specialist social care and accommodation pathways:

• Specialist Residential Care: Operating high-quality, welcoming residential homes designed to provide 24/7 expert support, positive behaviour support (PBS), and personal care for complex needs.
• Supported Living Schemes: Empowering individuals with independence by offering bespoke accommodation and tailored support in attractive neighbourhood settings.
• Outreach Services & Tenancy Support: Assisting individuals with community integration, daily life skills, finding suitable accommodation, and securing independent tenancies.
• Senior Living & Eldercare: Operating specialised senior living and nursing care homes (such as Thimbleby Court, Holdingham Grange, and Vera James House) delivering residential, dementia, respite, and end-of-life care for older adults.
