About Us
HATS is a rapidly expanding transport organisation who oversee the transport of children and adults with SEND for 23 of the Capital’s Boroughs. Many of those entrusted to our care include individuals on the Autistic spectrum (ASD), those with severe learning difficulties (SLD), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex needs, social, emotional and behavioral difficulties (SEBD), and many other types of SEN as well as mainstream children.
We are accountable to three regularity bodies; the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and the Public carriage Office (PCO).
