Who We Are
Registered as a private limited company in England and Wales and regulated by Ofsted, our organisation is led by experienced directors and care professionals, including Fitri Hermawati Brock. We employ a dedicated, highly trained team focused on delivering person-centred residential care, clinical support, and therapeutic interventions.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated suite of specialist residential childcare and rehabilitation solutions:
- Specialised Children's Homes: Operating therapeutic, family-style residential environments designed for young people with complex needs and backgrounds.
- The "Helm Discovery" Pathway: Implementing a comprehensive 8-stage framework—spanning referral, observation, assessment, safe base, intervention, stabilisation, developing independence, and full independence—to guide children through structured recovery.
- Holistic Wraparound Support: Integrating professional care, therapy, and education to support emotional regulation and life skill development.
- Phased Independence Support: Equipping young people with the psychological, social, and practical tools needed to successfully transition into independent living.
