Who We Are

What We Do

Affordable & Social Rent

Managing approximately 70% of their portfolio as affordable rented homes, ensuring low-income individuals and families have access to high-quality housing.

Supported Housing & Clinical Care

Providing specialized accommodation (accounting for 10% of their portfolio) for individuals with complex needs, including mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and substance misuse issues.

Persona Homes (New Builds)

Developing high-quality new-build homes for Shared Ownership (15% of portfolio) and outright sale, designed to help people move onto the property ladder through innovative ownership models.

Health & Social Care Integration

Working directly with the NHS and local commissioners to provide clinical support and "move-on" services that help vulnerable people transition from hospital settings back into the community.

Asset Management & Sustainability

Investing heavily in their existing stock (over £10m annually in Scotland alone) and executing a 30-year plan to achieve Net Zero, with 92% of their new builds already achieving an EPC A or B rating.

Financial Inclusion & Community Support

Providing targeted advice and 1-2-1 support for customers; in 2024/25, their financial inclusion team helped over 4,800 customers increase their income by a total of £7.8 million.
