Home Care Plus is a family run Domiciliary and Supported Living care agency that was formed in April 2014. The management teams experience is vast and spans over 25 years in the private care sector, and we are well accustomed to delivering a lot of hours across the North East. We were once one of the biggest domiciliary care agencies in Newcastle upon Tyne, but also worked with a number of neighboring authorities, successfully delivering around 12,000 hours of care across the North East, with an excellent reputation. We ceased operating in 2011 to follow a different venture which led us to open a Nursing home for Adults with Complex health needs, which has only further expanded our knowledge in the more clinical specialist aspects of care needs that people need to be able to remain at home, to prevent them needing to be admitted to a residential setting. Hence the reason for us realising that having a domiciliary care company that is led by both a Qualified Nurse and a Qualified Social worker can only enhance the quality of care that is delivered and allow for more complex tasks to be carried out such as PEG feeding, Stoma Care, Pressure relieving Care, Palliative care and much more. We have more recently branched out into Supported Living, and have managed to secure 8 24 hour packages over a 2 year period.
