Headquartered in Leicester and fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with a "Good" inspection rating, our organisation brings together a multilingual team of highly skilled carers, clinical support workers, and care managers. We work closely with Leicester City and Leicestershire County adult social care services to provide reliable, person-centred care that respects each client's unique cultural, religious, and personal wishes.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of home care and community support solutions:

• Personal Care: Assisting with daily routines including washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Domestic & Social Support: Providing help with household chores, laundry, correspondence, shopping, social activities, and attending appointments.
• Specialised & Complex Needs Care: Supporting individuals with mental health conditions, dementia, learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, palliative care needs, and clinical procedures such as stroke recovery, PEG feeding, catheter care, and stoma care.
