Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established team at a Good rated Residential Home with a focus on Dementia. The Home is stable and is not looking for any substantial changes to the systems already in place – might suit someone looking to work 30 hours/week or winding down from bigger responsibilities.

You will have

Existing CQC registration
3+ years in management
Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Experience working within a dementia specialism
Local to the area (within County) to have existing working relationships/experience of GCC and other links to the community
Ability to adapt to current systems and processes
A defined focus on quality, on kindness and communication and good sense of humour.
