Who We Are

Operating out of Kendal and serving the wider Cumbria region, our organisation was founded with a vision to make personalised holistic care an active reality rather than just a buzzword. Led by Director and CEO Jane Fiona Allan, our team focuses on maintaining small, consistent care groups so clients can build genuine, trusting relationships with their carers.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of home-based care, personal assistance, and community companionship services:

• Domiciliary & Personal Care: Providing scheduled daily visits to assist with washing, showering, personal hygiene, grooming, medication management, and routine daily chores.
• Specialised Condition-Led Care: Delivering tailored care pathways for clients navigating dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, cancer care, and palliative/end-of-life support.
• Complex Needs & Disability Support: Supporting individuals with physical disabilities (such as cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, and epilepsy), learning difficulties, autism, and sensory impairments.
• Companionship & Social Outings: Going beyond basic home help by offering escorted outings, transport, shopping assistance, and community activities to keep clients socially engaged and active.
• Respite & Short-Term Support: Offering flexible temporary care to give family caregivers essential relief and peace of mind.
