Who We Are
Operating throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester from our bases in Shawforth, Rochdale, our organisation combines compassionate leadership with a person-centred approach. Led by Director Shona Patricia Wands Alderson and supported by an experienced care and HR team (including Adele Foster), we provide structured residential environments and community-based support designed around the unique developmental needs of each individual.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated suite of specialist residential and support services:
- Specialised Residential Care: Providing safe, warm, and structured residential environments for children and young people (typically aged 8 to 18) with complex support requirements.
- Autism & Learning Disability Support: Delivering tailored care pathways and specialised engagement programs designed to foster confidence, communication skills, and personal independence.
- Physical Disability Assistance: Offering professional, physical support and accessible environments to ensure young people can engage fully in daily activities and community life.
- Day Opportunities & Community Integration: Running specialised day support activities that promote social inclusion, skill development, and meaningful local participation.
