Operating across Hertfordshire (serving Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and surrounding villages), we bring together over 20 years of health and social care expertise. Rooted in a background that bridges community pharmacy services and personal care coordination, our organisation focuses on holistic, relationship-led domiciliary help tailored to the unique physical, social, and emotional needs of every client.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of home-based care and support services:

• Personal Care: Assisting with essential daily routines, including washing, showering, dressing, morning/bedtime routines, and continence management.
• Help at Home & Domestic Support: Preparing nutritious meals, managing light housework, handling laundry, shopping, and collecting prescriptions.
• Companionship & Social Support: Offering meaningful conversation, daily check-ins, and escorted transport to medical appointments, social clubs, or hairdressers.
• Specialised & Clinical Support: Providing medication administration, post-hospital discharge support, and coordinated care pathways for individuals managing dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
