At Nottingham Community Housing Association, we are a major, values-led housing association dedicated to providing affordable homes, high-quality care, and specialised support. Our mission is to provide homes and services that transform lives, supporting communities and empowering vulnerable individuals across the East Midlands.
Who We Are
Operating across the East Midlands (including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, and Northamptonshire), we manage thousands of homes and support hundreds of people every day. Established as a not-for-profit organisation, we combine professional housing management with specialised care and support services to foster vibrant, inclusive communities.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated suite of affordable housing, property management, and specialised support services:
- Affordable Social Housing: Providing high-quality rented housing, shared ownership properties, and rent-to-buy schemes for families, couples, and single individuals.
- Supported Living & Care Services: Operating specialised supported housing facilities and community care packages for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- Older People's Housing & Care: Managing retirement living schemes, extra care housing, and residential care facilities designed to promote independent living in later life.
- Homelessness & Specialist Support: Delivering emergency accommodation, foyers for young people, and targeted outreach services to tackle homelessness and support vulnerable people toward independence.
- Property Development & Regeneration: Building new, energy-efficient homes and regenerating local neighbourhoods to address housing shortages across the region.

Industry Role
We operate as a Registered Social Landlord and Housing Association. Our role is to act as a vital regional infrastructure partner, supplying affordable accommodation, property management, and specialist care pathways across the East Midlands.
