Our broad mission is to develop an environment where anyone needing our services or support will feel safe and confident in the services we provide and, above all, express their satisfaction with the overall services received. All our staff share this belief and are supported to ensure that our mission is reflected in every aspect of the care and services provided. Passion To Care Services Ltd is committed to meeting all its customers’ requirements, and its primary objective is to provide a service that gives total customer satisfaction and exceeds customer expectations and to continually improve its processes using a quality management system.
Our aims
Passion to Care Services Ltd and its staff will work autonomously and collaboratively to promote, improve, maintain and restore the health of our clients. Our aim is to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of clients and to enable the clients to maintain their personal independence, have informed choices and opportunities to enjoy and contribute to society. The nature of the services to be provided will be included, but is not limited to the supply of carers to clients. All workers supplied by the agency will be robustly subjected to the agency’s quality procedures, in respect of but not limited to, regulatory checks, complaints and associated matters. This will be achieved and maintained by adherence to statutory regulations and the agency’s quality and operating procedure manuals.
