Who We Are
Established in 2021 by husband-and-wife team Kevin and Julie Scott, our office is deeply rooted in the local community. We are part of the national Radfield Home Care network, which is recognised for its innovation, high standards, and commitment to the "Be There" promise—ensuring our clients remain connected to their lives, families, and communities. We take pride in our "Outstanding" CQC rating, reflecting our commitment to providing care that is both safe, responsive, and incredibly caring.
What We Do
We provide a comprehensive suite of bespoke care services, ranging from short companionship visits to full 24/7 live-in support:
- Visiting & Live-in Care: Flexible care plans, from weekly visits to around-the-clock live-in support, tailored to your specific daily routine.
- Specialised Care: Expert support for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, and respiratory conditions.
- Personal & Clinical Care: Assistance with washing, dressing, medication support, pressure area care, and catheter care.
- Wellbeing & Companionship: Support for getting out and about, meal preparation, laundry, housework, and social companionship to combat loneliness.
- Respite & Post-Hospital Care: Rapid-response support for family carers needing a break or for individuals transitioning home after a hospital stay.
- Adult Day Care: We operate "The Living Well Centre," which provides a safe, stimulating social environment for older adults to relax and engage in activities.
