07.00- 22.30 (15.5 hours)
07.00- 15.00 (8 hours)
07.00- 17.00 (10 hours)
12.00- 22.30 (10.5 hours)
15.00- 22.30 (7.5 hours)
Alternate weekends or equivalent required

As a community Healthcare Assistant, you will make a huge difference to people by undertaking tasks that you would normally do for yourself without thinking twice. You will be assisting our clients within their own homes, providing a range of different services such as companionship, shopping, and meal preparation, through to more specialist tasks such as assisting with personal care, medication administration and end of life care.
