We are 'Right at Home Medway', a friendly, family-run homecare company with a culture of 'promote from within'. We are looking for special people with a caring nature, who share our values to join our award-winning team of CareGivers. We provide a first-class service in our community by doing things differently to most of our competitors:
- No uniforms: (discreet service - you will look like a friend / family member visiting)
- No stranger policy: (get paid to meet and greet your clients in advance, before giving any care)
- Longer care calls: (most visits 1 hour or more duration)
We have been rated ‘GOOD’ by our regulator (the Care Quality Commission). During our most recent inspection, the CQC made particular note of our excellent ability to quickly adapt to our Client’s ever-evolving needs, as such we attained the highest possible rating of ‘OUTSTANDING’ for our 'responsiveness'. Our team have also earnt an excellent local reputation which is evidence by our Client reviews on ‘homecare.co.uk’ where we rank number 1 in Medway overall, and number 1 in each component town within the Medway Towns.
Right at Home Medway is committed to supporting seniors and vulnerable adults who wish to safely remain living in their own home. Our services include personal care, companionship, medication assistance, meal preparation, overnight care, live-in care and much more. We also have an excellent track-record working with clients living with Dementia and Parkinson's.
Previous care experience is not essential, however a kind and caring attitude, with a willingness to put the people we look after at the heart of everything, certainly is. Our CareGivers must be 18 years of age or older, and preferably able to drive. In return, you will enjoy an excellent package of rewards, personal fulfilment and work hours to suit your lifestyle and family commitments. We provide industry leading training and support; and have excellent pay rates, starting from £13.15 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay (plus mileage).
There are also genuine career progression opportunities via our Career Pathway which can include NVQ qualifications paid for by ourselves. We develop our own talented staff, and wherever possible, prefer to promote from within.
