We operate as an established NHS provider serving the populations of Rotherham, Doncaster, and North Lincolnshire (along with specialised services in wider regions). Governed by NHS standards and accountable to our local members and governors, our organisation employs thousands of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving physical and mental wellbeing.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated range of specialist healthcare services:

  • Mental Health Services: Providing acute inpatient care, community mental health teams, crisis resolution, and psychological therapy services for adults and older people.
  • Children's & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS): Delivering specialized mental health and emotional wellbeing support for children, young people, and families.
  • Learning Disability Services: Supporting adults and children with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives with appropriate clinical and social backing.
  • Community Health Services: Operating district nursing, health visiting, specialist clinics, and therapy services directly within local communities.

Our Approach & Values

  • Patient-Centred Care: Placing patients, service users, and their families at the heart of all care decisions, ensuring dignity, respect, and collaborative treatment planning.
  • Safety & Clinical Governance: Maintaining rigorous clinical standards, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and strict regulatory compliance overseen by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Partnership Working: Collaborating closely with local authorities, integrated care systems (ICS), and voluntary sector partners to deliver seamless, joined-up healthcare pathways.
