About Us
Established in 2018, Seeds Care has been providing bespoke, person-centred care and support across Kent for over 6 years. We support people aged 16-65 with a range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), challenging behaviours and mental health disorders, with the aim of making lifelong changes and enriching lives.

At Seeds Care, we believe in a person-centred approach to care. Our ethos revolves around empowerment, ensuring service users are supported and encouraged to make their own choices and gain independence to reach their full potential.
