At Timmy and Associates Limited, we operate as a dedicated private organisation committed to helping and supporting young people aged between 16 and 25 who are leaving care or transitioning towards independence. Our mission is to provide high-quality housing and structured professional guidance, enabling vulnerable young adults to build sustainable, confident lives.

Who We Are

Operating primarily across the West Midlands region and led by directors including Mr Olutoyin Joshua Kehinde and Mrs Adebola Adeola Kehinde, our organisation combines professional care expertise with a deeply compassionate ethos. We focus on supporting looked-after children and care leavers as they navigate the challenging transition into adulthood.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of accommodation and developmental support solutions:

• Semi-Independent Accommodation Services: Providing a combination of 24-hour shared living environments and standalone placements, including short-term, long-term, and emergency options.
• Solo Training Flat Experiences: Offering structured independent living preparation environments designed to build essential life management skills.
• Counselling & Therapeutic Support: Delivering professional counselling and specialised therapeutic services to help young people overcome past trauma and develop robust coping strategies.
• Lifelong Guidance & Mentorship: Providing ongoing follow-up support, guidance, and counselling as young individuals progress further into adulthood.
