Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domiciliary Registered Manager located in Tamworth and covering Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton. The Domiciliary Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of domiciliary care services, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, manage care plans, and provide leadership to care staff. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring high standards of care, handling budgets, and maintaining accurate records. Working with children and adults.

Qualifications

Experience in managing domiciliary care services and staff supervision skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to create, manage, and evaluate care plans
Budgeting and financial management skills
Ability to work on-site in Tamworth
Relevant professional qualifications in health and social care management
Experience in high acuity complex care is a plus
