- Salary: £40,000 per annum + bonus structure (because who doesn't love a little extra cheddar?)
- Location: Milton Keynes, UK
- Working Arrangement: Office Based - Would suit those that live in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Like a Pro: Be the face of the business, lead with charisma, and ensure exceptional care delivery daily.
- Communication Maestro: Engage with all levels like a social butterfly, but with spreadsheets and care plans instead of flower petals.
- Budget Boss: Keep an eagle eye on financials and manage budgets like a savvy coupon clipper (but way cooler).

- Ensuring that those that care is supplied for have the best possible care
What We’re Looking For:
- Driving License ( MUST HAVE) : Because teleportation hasn't been invented yet.
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care: More than just a diploma on the wall; you need the skills to back it up.
- Natural Leadership: Lead from the front with a calming smile and a rallying voice.
- Experience: Ideally, you’ve been in a similar role or are ready to take the next step on your career ladder.
