As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of an already established organisation. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day-to-day business, working alongside the Franchise Owner and an amazing team of Care Givers.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating
- Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
- Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
- Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
- Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
- Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
- Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
- Support business growth and meet commercial targets
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding ratings and knowledge of new SAF
- Proven leadership in care management
- Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
- Right to work full-time in the UK
