What You Will Receive:
- Excellent Pay: £16.81–£17.93 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Mileage Paid: 40p per mile
- Flexible Hours: Full or part-time (25–40 hours per week)
- Pension & Holiday: 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata) + pension scheme
- Training & Qualifications: Paid induction, mentoring, and QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (after qualifying period)

Who We Are Looking For:
- A caring and compassionate person who enjoys helping others
- Someone who is honest, trustworthy, and totally reliable.
- A valid driver’s licence, access to a car, and lives locally (Malvern/Worcester)
- This role will require working in Worcester, Malvern & surrounding areas
- Willing to travel within a 12-mile radius of our office
- Available to work early (7am–3pm) and/or late (3pm–10pm) shifts, including alternate weekends
- Experience in care is welcomed, but not essential – full training is provided
- Attitude is everything we look for caring, positive people who are reliable and want to make a real difference for people in our community.
