An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term Personal Assistant role in the Corporate Nursing Department.
We are asking for 0.6 WTE band 4 administrator role temporarily to support the Chief Nurse Directorate as a fixed term cover for a member of the team going on maternity leave. This role will support the overall directorate and support delivery of business priorities , supporting specific areas aligned to the professional portfolio's led by the Director of Nursing & Associate Director of AHP's.

The post holder will use administrative skills and experience to support the Deputy Chief Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Director of Psychological Professions. The post holder will be expected to work independently using his/her own initiative to ensure daily tasks and on-going responsibilities are prioritised and completed within agreed
timeframes. The key requirements of this interesting and busy post are high administrative standards and use of own initiative to manage their workload. Whilst this role is based at Brighton General Hospital, flexible working is available with the understanding that you are able to meet the needs of the service too by being at base or other venues within the service to support meetings or other staff as required. This is a diverse role allowing you to develop a range of different skills and participate on
projects and service developments. It would suit an experienced administrator with a desire to progress skills and knowledge within the NHS.
