Summary
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Care Assistants to join our team in the Coventry & Nuneaton area. Based in the local community, you will play a vital role in supporting children, young people, and adults to live better lives by delivering high-quality home care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Follow individual care plans to ensure each client’s needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Promote independence and well-being of clients.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
- Qualifications
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Previous experience in home care or similar settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
