Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager located in Southampton. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care services, including staff management, compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, monitoring staff performance, managing budgets, and liaising with clients and their families to maintain excellent service standards. The role also involves ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and supervise staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, their families, and staff
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace environment
- Registered Manager qualification or equivalent, and prior experience in a similar role
- Experience in the home care or healthcare industry preferred
