Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: West Derby, L12
Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement
- Support and develop the care team through supervision, mentoring, and training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving a minimum ‘Good’ Ofsted rating
- Full UK driving licence
