Role Description
This is a full-time Registered Manager position based on-site in Doncaster. The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing and supporting care teams, maintaining detailed care plans, ensuring quality assurance, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role involves planning and delivering services that align with the organization’s mission to provide person-centered, compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, staff management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks related to care services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and manage care plans that meet individual needs
- Familiarity with health and social care policies and programs
- Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
- A compassionate approach and commitment to client well-being
- Experience working in a care setting or similar managerial position
