We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a single-occupancy children’s residential home in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and compliant childcare professional looking for a supportive, well-planned management structure and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the children’s residential home
- Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding standards
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred and trauma-informed care
- Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team
- Manage referrals, care planning, and risk assessments
- Build effective relationships with external professionals and stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within residential childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of CIW inspection frameworks
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
