We are looking for a Carer who has experience in delivering complex care, and previous experience in peg feeding is essential. Day shifts and waking night sits are available depending on availability; clear communication is essential. The successful candidate is likely to support only one service user so will need to be friendly, approachable and be able to build up a rapport easily.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with healthcare and personal care routines
- Promote independence while delivering person-centred care
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team, covering shifts during holidays or illness
What We’re Looking For
- Clean, full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), minimum NHS JobsSkills for Care
- At least 2 years’ experience as a PA, complex carer, or support worker
- Honest, reliable, professional—and someone who builds warm, respectful relationships
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
- Excellent and clear communication skills
