Who we are hoping to meet:
- A Registered Manager with 2–3 years of experience in home care OR
- Care manager who has 3 years of experience and is looking to become a registered manager
- Someone who enjoys building, growing, and leading not just maintaining
- Commercially aware, people-focused, and proud of quality care
- Local knowledge of Stratford / Leamington Spa is a big plus
